Lotte completed her psychology degree in Norway in 2005 and has since gained extensive experience in the field. In October 2022, she achieved her long-held aspiration and became a registered general psychologist in Australia!

Lotte takes pleasure in working with clients spanning all age groups, providing treatment for various concerns such as anxiety, depression, life changes, stress, trauma, family communication, and couples’ therapy.

Lotte collaborates with her clients to discover the most suitable paths forward and frequently employs an integrated approach. Her experience lies in family therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices like Narrative Exposure Therapy and EMDR. Lotte creates a secure environment for children and teenagers to enhance their self-esteem and develop social skills.
