
Jess is a passionate Dietitian with a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics from Edith Cowan University. She has gained valuable experience as a Clinical Dietitian in both regional and metro hospitals, working with clients to manage a wide range of health conditions and reach their nutritional goals.
Jess takes a holistic, client-centred approach, empowering individuals to build a healthier relationship with food through individualised nutrition education. She is dedicated to supporting her clients in improving their overall health and wellbeing, through implementing sustainable lifestyle changes.
Outside of work, Jess enjoys cooking, running and exploring new restaurants with friends and family.
