
Dayn is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with a passion for helping people improve both their physical and mental health through sustainable exercise habits. He has several years of experience working with people of all ages, from children to older adults including people with chronic health conditions. In particular, he demonstrates a keen interest in the management of cancer through exercise and how this can be used as an adjunct therapy. Dayn has worked with clients under Chronic Disease Management, DVA, NDIS and worker’s compensation schemes.
Dayn graduated from Edith Cowan University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Rehabilitation and has since been working in community-based health. He also has experience in the disability sector working as a Disability Support Worker.
Dayn has a varied sporting background and a history of swimming competitively interstate. In his spare time, he enjoys trail walking, attending rock/metal concerts, cafe hopping and playing Dungeons & Dragons.
