Call our Health and Wellness team on 1300 820 398 (option 1 and 3) to arrange an appointment. A GP referral is not required to access our services. Telehealth and in person appointments are available.

Appointments are offered in easily accessible locations in Joondalup, Osborne Park and Midland.
Pricing
For private dietetic appointments, except Eating disorders, we charge $98 for an initial assessment and $80 for review appointments.
For General Practitioners
Referrals to our services are simple; just download and complete the referral form. Please ensure that you attach a copy of the GP Management Plan and Team Care Arrangement.
Clients will be asked to pay the full cost of the consultation and a Medicare rebate will be refunded into their bank account via HICAPS if applicable.
