What is NDIS?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides support to Australians with disabilities, their families, and carers. Black Swan Health aids in managing NDIS journeys and offers various health services that can be included in NDIS plans, along with connections to other community supports.

How does it work?

  1. Check eligibility for NDIS support based on specific disabilities.
  2. Develop and submit an access request for an NDIS-funded plan.
  3. Navigate the NDIS planning process with support.
  4. Receive service provision, including psychosocial support if chosen.
